Hi - your not kidding there is - I will be calling you - need your help asap - and antibiotics asap.
I picked up my first set of x-rays and file (second most recent set of x-rays taken -3 months ago is another matter) - freaking out a bit at my discovery of a few days ago and all the lies told about my dental condition
- really need your help adn dont' have a lot of money - i gave it all to them...
nervous and distrustfull about all dentist right now - hope your honest as you claim and can cure what ails me and fix what's broken.
There is a frightening amount of clumsy, mishandling of patients and downright negligence with no law to protect the consumer unfortunately. I've spoken to several lawyers who all say the chance of my winning my case is slim, though I'm suffering in pain, have been clearly diagnosed, and have spent over $10k on the injury thus far. Please see details at http://lingualnerveinjury.blogspot.com/
I was referred to Dr. Kelman's site by someone who posted on that blog- I hope this helps someone; please post about your dental disaster, I have set it up so you can post anonymously if you choose. Hope you have a pain-free day :)
Been hearing a lot of dental malpractice. I guess this is the reason malpractice attorney is in demand. But most of case problem arises when the patient consult too many dentists and follows it without the knowledge of his real dentist.
Dr. Alan Kelman was born in the Bronx on September 10, 1951. He received his bachelors degree from New York University in 1972 and received his DDS from New York University College of Dentistry 3 years later. He practiced dentistry in New York City from 1976-1998. We went back to school, and in 2003, he received his JD from Nova Southeastern University. Currently, Alan Kelman is practicing law and dentistry in Boca Raton, FL. He concentrates his practice on representing injured dental patients due to dental malpractice.

Unfortunately, that is true just about everywhere.
